This was for a series of articles called "Desperate Golfer". Where the writer would literally do very extreme things to enhance their golf game. The series touched on, hypnosis, acupuncture, and yes a visit to a Voodoo priestess. She created two real Voodoo dolls, including hair and golf balls scavenged from the writers golf nemesis.
